The landscape is the natural quarry where Manolo Paz finds inspiration and materials to create its interpretations of natural and cultural forms. Among his sculptures, those made of stone are the most characteristic of his poetical sense of void and volume, of colors and shapes. Stones of all kinds, mainly indigenous stones from Galicia, like quartz, and above all granite of different qualities, allow the artist to establish an intimate dialogue that surprises and touches with the intensity of its outcome.
